RN - Case Manager - Case Management
Responsible for the review and evaluation of patient care. Assures verification of benefits, eligibility, and pre-authorization of services and performs continued stay reviews. Coordinates discharge plans for patients/families. Work with fulltime Case Manager
Candidate must have a current RN license issued by the State of TN. Proof of graduation from an accredited RN program. BLS is also required. Position prefers at least 1 year experience in Case Management, Social Work, and/or MDS Coordinator.
